Shipping and Delivery Policy

RoutEngine is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. You download the app, and we email you a license key.

1. The free edition

You can download it from the home page and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. It needs no key.

Open RoutEngine, go to Settings, and copy the machine code under "This PC".
Email us at [email protected] with that code and the plan you want. The home page has a button that writes the email. For a bulk license, send one code for each PC.
We reply with how to pay. After you pay, send us a screenshot of the payment.
We email your license key. Paste it into Settings, under License key, and press Activate.

We email the key within 24 hours of confirming your payment. It is usually much sooner.

None. Delivery is by email and costs nothing.

Look in your spam folder first. If it is not there, write to us with your order details and we will send it again.

Send us the new PC's machine code. We will issue a new key.
